When will my order ship?

Shipping you your goodies as quickly as possible is our top priority! During periods of high order volume, we ship orders within 4 - 10 business days from when you place your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order ships. We are often able to ship orders faster than the 4 - 10 business day timeframe, but due to occasional USPS delays and the pandemic, we are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time. For order changes or shipping questions, please email hello@thebebrand.org.

Can I order a different color or style of one of the products?

The products listed are the products we have in stock. We do not take special orders for different colors or garment types currently, but of course if that changes in the future, we will make sure to announce a customization option!

I have a great idea for a new shirt. How can I tell you about it?

Awesome! We want to hear from you! Please email us at hello@thebebrand.org or use the contact form to send us any of your design suggestions and favorite garment types. We are constantly expanding our inventory and designs on site, so recommendations are much appreciated!

I love these shirts! Can you help me custom design and print for a large group?

Of course! We offer custom design and printing services for your group or team needs. Email us at hello@thebebrand.org and we will help you design what you are looking for, then put it into printing for a bulk order of at least 50 garment items.

Can I make a return/exchange?

Need an exchange?

That’s no problem! We offer exchanges up to 60 days from purchase. At this time we do not offer refunds, or store credit. Just send your exchange to the address below. Once we receive it, we will immediately send you your new size/design (as long as it’s in-stock and of equal or lesser value). Please include in your package your name and order number and what you would like instead. Thank you!

I made two orders close together, can I combine them into one and get a refund of partial shipping costs?

Due to high order volume, we do not offer the option of combining orders or refunding shipping for an additional order made close to the first. Thanks in advance for your understanding!

How do these tees and tanks fit?

We have such a large inventory of different styles of garments. Please visit the description for each garment before ordering as we give sizing recommendations there. In addition, before every launch we do Instagram Stories to size share and style each item!

What kind of wash and care do you recommend for these garments?

We recommend you turn inside out and wash on a delicate cycle with like colors! Hang to dry to preserve the designs longer, but drying on a tumble low setting is just fine also. That's what we do!

How do I wash and care for my headbands?

We reccomened hand washing in luke warm/cool water and laying flat to dry to preserve the color and lifetime of your headbands.
